Item No. 10 is a very nice pattern welded sgain dubh. The  4 1/2" single edged blade is welded from a mix of 1095, L-6 and meteoric iron in a "Ladder" pattern. A very nice piece of Burmese Blackwood for the grip with file worked phosphor bronze bolster and pommel plate

he blade's Ladder" pattern is quite vibrant and almost "jumps up and off" the blade. This is an exquisite little knife indeed!
